Hired Envirotech to restore my water damaged kitchen when a water line broke in my floor. The plumber I used gave me their name. Envirotech 's foreman gave me the option to get a professional to remove my granite countertops, which I did. I removed the appliances and the piping in preparation for granite removal. My own contractor removed the granite at my convenience. I assisted in cabinet removal and they were placed in my garage. Envirotech removed wet sheetrock and wall insulation which was placed in garbage bags in my garage. Envirotech treated the walls and downstairs carpet with mold spray and placed fans and dehumidifiers to dry everything. Each visit from the foreman I would ask him to remove the trash bags from my garage to no avail. After approximately 6 visits, I finally emptied the bags into my trash cans for disposal by the local garbage disposal company. Envirotech charged exorbitant amounts to both remove the granite and haul the waste. I DID BOTH ITEMS!! Further into the job, Envirotech charged me for removing the appliances and piping as well, which I DID!! Envirotech charged me for electrical work, wall texture, paint, carpet cleaning, appliances being reinstalled, fixtures being reinstalled, mopboard and door trim, which is STILL NOT REPLACED!! All of these items were denied BY ENVIROTECH 'S FOREMAN, because I had removed them myself at the foreman 's direction. Envirotech billed me for the entire job only did PART of the work. I have offered full payment upon completion of the job. Envirotech is now suing me for full payment and the job is not complete. I would not recommend them to work on my DOG HOUSE!!
