This place is a 5/5 always. Anyone who leaves reviews stating otherwise is crazy. I trust these guys far more than anyone else in town, not naming other names but I’ve been to quite a few places. You can trust fox’s knowing that they will diagnose everything properly that needs fixed and not take advantage of you. Honesty goes a long way in this type of business, and that they are. You can trust them to not only diagnose and not take advantage of you as stated before, but also have fair prices and get the job done right. They were sent an incorrect part when ordering parts for one of my repairs, and when they changed the order to get me the right part (of which was cheaper) they lowered the end price of the invoice. Having had already quoted me, they easily could have charged me more and just not said anything. All of this together is why I will always go here for any mechanic work that I need done for my Dodge Charger.

A family member has taken two cars to fox’s after being referred there by the locals. First car, they ordered the wrong part and had to delay the repair appointment, but when it was done, the repair was good. Second car, also ordered the wrong part, turning a couple hour job into a full day deal. When they were finished with the second repair, the leak was even worse than before. Took it back the next day and gave fox’s the opportunity to take another look. They said they couldn’t see the continuing leak, but the spots on the driveway and on the cardboard we placed below the car show a constant and significant leak. Rather than return a third time for this particular repair, he took the vehicle to another shop who fixed it properly. Asked fox to refund the labor they had charged him for the repair (since another shop had to redo the work) and they refused. It was approx $150. When responding to my review on google, the owner claimed they would have helped if the vehicle had been brought back a third time. I’m sorry, but if I can see it’s leaking all over my driveway after it’s supposedly been repaired, and it’s already been returned to you and you say you can’t see a leak, why would I return to your shop yet another time? All it would have taken is for the establishment to refund the labor and they’d have kept a customer.
