I started drawing house plans about 15 years ago using the knowledge obtained from years of being a General Contactor to obtain a better finished product. With the CAD system I use I can start with a concept of rooms and arrange them in a pattern that my clients want turn that concept into plans for their new home. I also so have the ability to produce landscaping ideas from plants, lawns, trees, walkways with terrain elevations and even layout your sprinklers
