Awaken Studios was created to improve the lives of all those who visit. We strive to provide an atmosphere where your physical, mental and emotional needs are met. Our goal is to help you find your fit. Everyone's fit is different, so whether your fit includes being able to play with your grandkids, get a 'beach body' or bounce back from an injury or surgery, we will make sure you accomplish your goals. Physical fitness is a passion of ours and we know that with regular practice it will help improve ALL aspects of your life.

Located at 180 S Main Street, St George Utah. Our studio is downtown and a part of Historical St George. It was built in 1929 and began as a Grocery Store, has been a bank and an insurance company.

For 15 years it was Pilates on Main owned and operated by Sue Swensen, a pioneer in bringing Pilates to the St George area. She built her business as an excellent instructor and a friend to many. In 2017 Pilates on Main was purchased by Sheila Bailey in the interest of keeping “Pilates on Main Street” and a beautiful, healthy, friend filled environment available for years to come.

Through a STOTT training event held here in St George, Sheila met and became acquainted with Jenna Hansen owner and instructor of AWAKEN STUDIOS in Murray Utah. It was then they decided to join forces and rebrand to AWAKEN STUDIOS St George. They both have love and energy to infuse anyone with a desire to live their best life and look forward to making fitness fun, refreshing and exciting.
