After Shawn changed the settings in my pool, I came home to a nearly flooded house! Obviously I called him in distress, he told me to use a pump and he’d try and make it back out in a FEW DAYS!!! I’m no contractor, but if you nearly flood someone’s home, you address them the situation IMMEDIATELY! Far from impressed with his service or his attitude. And yes - the SPA is supposed to be full. When I returned it was almost empty!! In addition - the sensor issue that he came here was never fixed. He took it upon himself to make all these changes to my Schedules, Pumps, etc. I would’ve been better off without Shawn ever showing up at my house. As you can see - Shawn advised me to shut off my entire pool and her return in a few days to address. Would anyone accept that? In addition, he was never concerned about the issue HE created. Mostly concerned about being paid! Shawn has commented that my pool wasn’t taken care of, blah blah blah and also bringing my wife’s comment into this, which you are a liar - she stated we’ve had nothing but problems with the pool.. hence you being hired and approved by ME and ELEVATE! And why would I expect anything for FREE? I have a home warranty that pays you (not this time). I wouldn’t hire this company to maintain a pond. Fact of the matter is - HE changed my settings and it almost flooded my home, PERIOD!
