we are happy with the service we got.. they showed up on same day.. plumber was nice.. our problem is the pricing to pay for the plumber to wait 1 1/2 hours for another plumber to bring parts and pay the labor for both plumbers when the plumber bringing the parts was headed in this direction anyways.. the plumber got here at 8;45 and left before noon and i got charged 5 hours labor.. it would have been faster for the plumber that showed up to to get the parts himself. i was charged a trip charge and a service fee..so happy with the service just not the cost. i was thinking around $400-$500 not $700.. thank you
